Sign Language [BCE]

This Sign Language Enrichment Classes will focus on the basics of sign which include but not limited to:  fingerspelling, signs and Deaf Culture.  Signs will be introduced and practiced in an interactive situation.  Example:  The "theme" for a class may be on potting plants and/or decorating plant pots.  Signs for that activity will be learned first then the expectation is the students will sign what they need to complete the hands on activity.  This will help to install the signs in a "real-life setting" that should carry over outside of the classes in an engaging and fun activities.  Note:  I am the D/HH teacher for Eanes ISD who is also Deaf and fluent in sign language.
