Running camp with Westlake, Hill Country, and West Ridge coaches covering fundamentals for building endurance, speed, and improving running mechanics. Ideal for athletes that participate in track, cross country, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, or anyone interested in improving endurance. The class will meet at Hill Country Middle School track. There will be running field trips to fun running locations. T-shirt included. Class is for rising 5th through rising 8th graders.
Gym, Bus travel to Zilker and Circle C Metro park
