Social Emotional Ninja Academy is an exciting, interactive camp for students in 1st–5th grade where children will strengthen essential social-emotional skills through engaging activities inspired by The Ninja Life Hacks book series by Mary Nhin. Each day, campers will meet a new Ninja character and explore important life skills through stories, games, crafts, role-playing, movement, and collaborative challenges.

Throughout the camp, students will build skills in emotion identification, self-regulation, coping strategies, confidence, respect, leadership, organization, problem-solving, responsibility, empathy, and positive communication. As they complete their “ninja training,” campers will practice using these skills in real-life situations, helping them develop resilience, make thoughtful choices, and build healthy relationships with others.

Whether they’re learning how to stay calm during challenging moments, organize their thoughts and materials, lead with kindness, or show respect to others, every camper will leave with a growing toolkit of social-emotional strategies they can use at home, at school, and beyond. By the end of the week, each child will have completed their ninja training and earned the skills to become a confident, compassionate, and resilient Social Emotional Ninja!
