Enrichment Program
Refund and Participation Policy
A full refund will be issued if a class is canceled by the instructor or Enrichment Programs.
A 90% refund will be issued for a written withdrawal request received at least one week before the class begins.
Refund requests received after that deadline cannot be accommodated, including requests related to illness or quarantine. Refund requests due to injury are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. With supporting documentation, a partial refund of up to 50% may be available.
Participation. Enrichment classes are group activities, and one-on-one care is not available. Students must be able to participate independently, stay with the group, and transition between activities and classes. Staff cannot administer medication.
Disruption. A student may be asked to withdraw without a refund if their behavior disrupts the class or affects the safety or belongings of others. Examples include leaving the group without permission, refusing to come inside or transition to another class, inappropriate physical contact, profanity, or damaging another student’s projects or personal belongings.
Fees and attendance. Class fees are not prorated for late enrollment, missed classes, non-attendance, or inclement weather. If a student is picked up more than five minutes late, a late pickup fee of $15 per 15-minute period will be charged.
Business hours. Written requests are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A request received after business hours or during an Eanes ISD holiday will be treated as received on the next business day. For example, a request sent Monday at 10:00 p.m. will be treated as received Tuesday morning. A request sent during Spring Break will be treated as received on the first business day after the break.
Refund requests must be e-mailed to lgroover@eanesisd.net. Refunds will be issued to the credit card account used for registration.
