This group is the best choice for kids that have knowledge of at least 1-2 of the competitive strokes, and are looking to grow in their knowledge of all four strokes,love for the sport, and some age/ skill appropriate conditioning.

All swimmers must be able to cross the length of the pool unassisted multiple times.

This group is best for those in elementary school ages up to 11 years old. Each Swimmer will get a t-shirt and swim cap and chamois.
