This group is the best choice for kids that have knowledge of at least 3 of the competitive strokes. This group will consist of technical instruction of all four strokes, dives, and turns in addition to skill appropriate conditioning. This group is best for those in middle school/high school students

 All swimmers must be able to cross the length of the pool unassisted multiple times.

Each Swimmer will get a t-shirt and swim cap and chamois.
