Stories on Stage

Take your child’s love of reading to the stage!

 

At Stories on Stage, students will bring their favorite stories to life while strengthening their literacy skills and reading fluency. Each week, they'll dive into the world of Reader’s Theater—reading, performing, and even writing their own scripts. Along the way, they’ll create props, flex their imaginations, and build confidence as performers and readers.

 

Stories on Stage is led by Eanes Elementary second grade teachers Annie Simmons and Emma Barkley, who are passionate about making reading fun and engaging for all learners.
