Leveling Up Leadership is a counselor-led enrichment experience designed to help upper elementary students (current 4th-5th graders only) grow into confident, capable leaders. Through interactive activities and brain-based strategies, students develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and growth mindset.
 
Participants will explore what leadership looks like in the classroom, on the playground, at home, and in their community. This program emphasizes self-awareness, positive peer influence, and resilience; helping students “level up” both socially and emotionally.
