"Provide young runners an opportunity to learn proper running form, how to pace to hit goal times, and good running habits. Geared towards distance runners and 800, 1600 and 3200m runners. Runners will be provided a running log so they may begin to track their own progress. At the end of each week runners will race a different distance and will work to hit pace times and set personal records. At the conclusion of camp, runners will be given workouts for the remainder of summer.
