Performance is a part of many aspects in life. For our youth, this often comes in the. classroom setting or an extracurricular. While many train the physical aspects of these settings, the mental training is often neglected.
As the challenges surrounding optimal performance ensue, many talented individuals develop performance anxiety, burnout, negative attitudes towards competitions/exams, and decreased confidence. The goal of this workshop is to educate, and provide a tool set for our youth to counter what keeps them from unlocking their true potential and enjoying what they do.
