ClassGraphic Join Ms Skonieczny, BPE's Kindergarten teacher, and Mrs Lee, BPE/CCE's Art teacher on a week long exploration of Mindful Art. This week will focus on simple and fun art projects, yoga and creative/cooperative games. Participants will practice gratitude, mindfulness, yoga, breath awareness, meditation and art that will support their well-being.
