Strength and Athleticism are vital in not only every sport, but as a life-long endeavor. Coach Donalson and Coach Baker will work with your daughter and son to help them achieve their athletic potential through strength, speed and athletic training both in the weight room and on the field. Our training will not only prepare your athlete for the upcoming season, but will also teach them what an effective program looks like, so they can continue their progress even after the session is over. Our weight room program will begin with body weight and will differentiate according to each individual student’ progression.
We know that summers are fluid, so we have allowed you to sign up in weekly increments. We will need a minimum of 10 students per week. The more sessions your student attends, the better for them to build healthy habits and a positive outlook on exercise. We will also use game play in our training to build teamwork and athleticism in an engaging and fun environment.
