Our classes will focus on alignment and injury prevention - skills that transfer directly into sports and improved coordination. We will learn yoga fundamentals, including poses, transitions, and strength building. Movement and games are core components of this class! Students will leave with a mind-body connection - resulting in better balance, flexibility, and mental and physical strength. We will also learn how to use Yoga and Sports for stress reduction and managing our emotions. The skills from this class are refined on the mat, then carried into the world.
