ClassGraphic Get to work with the High School Coaching Staff and current members of the swim and dive team. This group is the best choice for kids that have some prior experience diving or flipping into a pool or body of water.  They might already have a strong gymnastics/tumbling background or have already attended a diving camp, have had some prior lessons, or experience participating in the sport.

Kids should not have an overly active fear of heights or water, should be good listeners, and should be able to swim confidently.
All swimmers must be able to cross the length of the pool unassisted multiple times.
